Peter Born, P.Geo.  - Director & Qualified Person

Dr. Born is a highly respected senior geologist with over 30 years experience exploring and evaluating mining properties for senior and junior Canadian and USresource companies. He holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences with expertise in Precambrian Sedimentary Geology, Basin Analysis, Sedimentology, Stratigraphy and SedimentaryOredeposits. His experience includes several years of uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin and the Thelon Uranium Basin of the Northwest Territories.

Anita Algie BSc. - Director, President & CEO

Miss Algie, is head of compliance, CEO and Director of the Company. Ms. Algie has over 10 years of experience in management, listings, corporate structure and mergers and acquisitions for exploration and resource based public companies. Miss Algie has successfully completed three CPC Qualifying Transactions . She is currently also President & CEO of Patrone Gold Corp. (AUR-TSXV) and a director of Deloro Resources Ltd. (DLL-TSXV), Titus Energy Corp. (TIS-TSXV) and Portia Exploration Ltd. (PEL.P-TSXV). Ms. Algie was formerly a director of Alderon Resource Corp.(ADV—TSXV), Aroway Minerals Inc. (ARW-TSXV), and August Metal Corp. (AGP-TSXV).

Allan McNutt P.Geo. Advisory Board

Allan McNutt is a geologist with expertise in project evaluation and has experience in exploration for uranium, base metal and gold exploration programs in Canada and the US.  His experience includes grassroots exploration to ore resource estimation in a wide variety of geological and geographical environments. Mr McNutt is a graduate of McGill University and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. With over 30 years experience in the resource sector, Allan brings an extensive uranium-specific background to the Company having first worked in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan in 1975. Allan was VP Exploration and later VP Corporate Acquisitions for Titan Uranium (2007-2010) and Manager of Exploration for Dejour Enterprises Ltd (2005-2007).  Prior to this, he served for 14 years as Senior Geologist and District Geologist with Rio Algom Exploration Inc.  Before that, he spent seven years with Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation (now Cameco, TSX: CCO), where as Joint Venture Geologist, he was involved in the delineation of the Dawn Lake uranium deposits and the discovery of the Cigar Lake deposit. Mr. McNutt is a "Qualified Person" as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Thomas Tough P.Eng Geo - Geological Exploration Advisory Board

Mr. Tough has over 40 years of experience as a Consulting Professional Engineer in 40 different countries, including both the western and eastern hemispheres. He has been actively involved in property examinations, qualifying reports, evaluations, project acquisitions and negotiations, mine evaluation, underground and surface exploration, reserve and resource estimations, mine and mill planning and processing, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, development and production, open pit and underground, as operator, project manager, and consultant on precious and base metals, industrial minerals, gemstones and oil and gas. Mr. Tough has negotiated corporate financings and joint venture partnerships and dealt with various levels of domestic and foreign governmental bodies.

In addition Mr. Tough, who has held numerous directorships and officer positions in public companies, was for 18 years President, CEO and Director of Desert Sun Mining Corp.; the Company and its producing gold mine in Brazil was ultimately purchased by Yamana Gold Inc. in April 2006 for over $600,000,000. Mr. Tough is currently President, CEO and Director of Maxtech Ventures Inc., Director of Potash One Inc., Director of Desert Gold Ventures Inc., President, CEO and Director of CLI Resources Inc. and President, CEO and Director of Firebird Resources Inc.

Aleece Gibb - Director

Ms. Gibb has been actively involved with public company administration for three years and is currently completing a certificate program in accounting. She has also held the position for Director for several resource-based issuers.

Richard Ko - CFO & Director

Mr. Ko is a CA with over ten years of experience working with public companies.
